Haluk İPEK is co-founder, Board Member and Deputy Chairman (Organizational affairs) of the Justice and Development Party (AK PARTİ)
He received his Bochelors of Law degree from Ankara University in 1986.
He was , Turkish Law Instıtute President, Law and Democracy Foundation President, The Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen and Turkish Federation of woodworkers legal adviser.
Justice and Development Party founder member, Member of constitution committee , Grand National Assembly of Turkey Justice and Development party group discipline council president, Justice and Development Party gorup deputy chairman, Turkey – Azerbaijan Parliamentery Friendship Group Chairman, member of equity committee.
He was born in 1963 (Suluova, Amasya). He is married and has three children.
